Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your order, you have an unconditional right to return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, unwashed, and have its original tags. Personalized items (with embroidery/print) are made to order and are not eligible for return.
How to Return
Start a return request from Account → My Orders, or contact us with your order number through our contact page. Once approved, you'll receive the return address.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the amount is refunded to your original payment method. It may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, simply return the item and place a new order — depending on stock, a direct exchange may also be arranged.
