Every product page has its own size guide image specific to that item. The general tips below help when you're between two sizes.
How to Measure
Measure your chest around the fullest part under your arms, your waist at your natural waistline, and your hips at their widest point. The tape should sit comfortably, not tight.
Between Two Sizes?
Freedom of movement matters in scrubs and workwear — we generally recommend sizing up. For Slim Fit cuts, which sit closer to the body, choose the size closest to your actual measurement.
