Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM ship the same day; orders placed after that ship the next business day.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on orders of 2,500₺ or more. A flat 99.90₺ fee applies below that.

Can I return or exchange an item?+
Yes, unused items can be returned unconditionally within 30 days. Personalized items are excluded.
How do I get a quote for a bulk/corporate order?+
Submit a request from our Corporate page or the "Get a Wholesale Quote" button on any product page — we respond within 24 hours.
How does embroidery/print personalization work?+
On products with personalization enabled, you can choose a placement (chest, back, sleeve, etc.) on the product page. On some products this is offered free for a limited time.

We accept secure credit/debit card payment, with installment options available on eligible orders.
